A 15-year old boy has been charged with a crime that is simply unthinkable: raping his own grandmother. The boy waited until his grandmother went to sleep and cut off her panties while she slept. The 59-year old woman had taken medication in order to sleep.
The boy made the confession to his uncle that he “cut her panties off while she was in bed and had sex with grandma” as she slept on the couch. She said she woke up in the morning and found her underwear stuffed under the bed. The next morning, she allegedly woke up to find her grandson on top of her.
The incident took place in Edmond, Oklahoma. Police say that the woman called her son, who came to pick up the boy. They then reported the incident to police. The police arrested the teen, but waited for his mom to arrive before they spoke to him. His grandmother’s rape test came back positive.
He is in jail being charged with first degree rape. His bail is set at $25,000
