This might seem strange, but it makes sense to the woman who is doing it. A woman in Albuquerque, New Mexico is selling he soul on Ebay. Lori was a passenger in a car that was hit by a drunk driver. Three weeks after the accident, she was in a coma after suffering a stroke, a broken hip, a broken pelvis and quite a few other injuries that seem to be uncomfortable. In fact, she even lost her breast in the process.
Before the accident, Lori was a freelance writer. That career has come to an end because of her injuries and she now makes jewelry for a living. That’s what led her to market her soul on ebay to bring in a few extra bucks.
“What I’m gonna deliver is the opportunity for someone to save my soul,” Lori told KOB Eyewitness News 4. “They can save it through prayer, they can save it through conversion. They’re also gonna get a certificate detailing the white and black marks on my soul.”
Lori admitted that her ebay ad is a cry for help. She says that she just can’t take the pain and depression of the accident anymore, and feels that she is now an entirely different person.
“I guess you could say that. I’m at the point now, I’m tired. I don’t feel good. I’m near the end of my rope. I really am.”
Lori says that even though she is going to offend some people in the process of marketing her soul, it is her hope that someone will allow her to make contact with their soul so that she might have some hope for a better future. Yes, it does all make sense now. May God bless her soul.
