Roberta’s in Bushwick is well know for it’s excellent pizza, but it may soon become known for its weed.
The pizzeria has designed a gourmet three-course menu with marijuana as the star ingredient. You may’ve thought the only food marijuana meshed well with was brownies, but you’d be wrong. The folks at Roberta’s infused marijuana into every course, and it all resulted in some delectable meals.
For example, the first meal was Long Island bluefish with the vaporized fumes of a strain called Sour Diesel. Wouldn’t have put those two together would you?
