5 month old Blue Ivy Carter has been named an honorary citizen of the Croation Island of HVar, which is where the superstar couple vacationed last summer. You might remember B posting a video of the couple walking and pointing out some unusual Blue Ivy on a tree, which has come to be known as the origin of their daughters name. The mayor wrote a letter to the family saying, The story of the origin of the name of your daughter has brought enormous media attention and therefore tourist promotion.
