The man wanted for killing a suspected burglar is among the two dead outside an Atlanta-area church, WXIA-TV reports.
Marcus Ventress arrived at the Victory For the World Church, where a funeral was being held for Ryan Guider, whom Ventress was suspected of killing for burglarizing his home and assaulting his mother, DeKalb police say. Ventress fired a shot into the air and was then killed in a shootout. One other person also died.
One mourner was shot in the knee and another suffered an unspecified wound, the station says.
Police later arrested three people who drove away from the scene.
