The singer Usher broke down in court this week, to the point of tears. The singer’s emotional reaction was in response to allegations from her ex-wife’s lawyers that he cares more about partying than he does about his own children.
The ugly case involves Tameka Foster, his ex-wife, where her attorneys have been sporting pics of Usher partying hard in Europe earlier this year. Usher is trying to get custody of his children, but Tameka wants the kids to be with her. Some speculate that the size of her baby sitting paycheck might be a factor in her desire to keep the kids.
Usher was also questioned about his use of drugs. He admitted to smoking marijuana, but his attorney objected when he was asked about ecstasy. Usher says he has never used drugs in front of the kids, but didn’t have much to say when asked about seeing his kids while under the influence.
