A principle at Clayton High School in Missouri resigned after rumors surfaced that she’d created a fake Facebook page in order to spy on students, according to The St Louis Dispatch.
Clayton High School students began suspecting that their principal, Dr. Louise Losos, created a fake identify so that she could friend them on Facebook and spy on them. Many students began getting friend requests from a person named “Suzy Hairston” and, at first, didn’t think much of it. But then one student announced his suspicions that “Suzy Hairston” was in fact Principal Losos, and the Facebook page for “Suzy Hairston” disappeared overnight.
The official reason for Dr. Losos’ resignation was a “fundamental dispute concerning the appropriate use of socialmedia”.
