This is one for the record books. By now, we’ve all heard of erectile dysfunction drugs that leave their users with ‘long lasting’ erections, but this is new.
A California man is suing BMW because the seat on his motorcycle gave him an erection that wouldn’t go away. Henry Wolf is suing both BMW and seatmaker Corbin-Pacific, claiming he got an erection after riding his 1993 BMW motorcycle for four hours, and that it wouldn’t go away for 20 months.
Wolf is suing for medical expenses, lost wages, and “general damage.” The lawsuit also claims that Wolf “now is unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish.” So, in essence, the man who had constant boner, now can’t “engage” at all. Talk about irony.
