Atlanta police report that a thief stole a U-Haul box truck and drove it through a beauty supply store to steal hair weaves.
According to police, someone smashed through J&J Beauty Supply store on Sylvan Road early Wednesday morning with a mid-sized U-Haul truck. The store owner arrived for work only to find a mass of rubble and debris everywhere.
Police say they do have surveillance footage but don’t know if they’ll be able to enhance it enough to get a clear image of the perpetrators.
The store owner is attempting to assess how many weaves were stolen.
