Why not review all of the applications for aid periodically to make sure there are no abuses of the system? I bet in these economic times, they would see some people actually need more to survive and some may be okay where they are in aid.
If companies (food, gas, housing) would stop price gouging, people could live within their means. Most corporations are GREEDY!
