We know this may shock you, but the rapper DMX is being accused of being a deadbat dad. After finally being able to stay out of jail long enough to do an album, X is being accused of owing over one million in child support for just one child. Patricia Trejo, a woman in Los Angeles, has filed claim to the money, saying that the rapper hasn’t paid up since her 10-year old daughter was born.
The tussle hit the court of law when DMX applied for permission to perform in Europe. The law states that if you owe a significant amount of child support, you can’t get a passport without a court order. DMX wants special treatment, in part because he believes that the woman is lying about the baby belonging to him. He is instead requesting a paternity test to prove her right or wrong.
