Man Tries to Murder Wife by Poisoning Her Rice Krispies

A California man reportedly tried to murder his wife last week by adding the cleaner ‘Goof Off’ to her Rice Krispies. Thankfully, his wife noted the strong odor wafting from her cereal and went to the hospital. Fernando Porras, the husband, was not initially a suspect, but when he left the hospital and never returned, the police became suspicious.
