Hollywood stuperstar Matt Damon has created even more distance between himself and President Barack Obama.  The actor who was once an outspoken supporter of the president, has expressed strong disgust with President Obama’s performance over the last three years.  In an interview with Elle Magazine, Damon attacked Obama’s manhood with serious ferocity.

“I’ve talked to a lot of people who worked for Obama at the grassroots level. One of them said to me, ‘Never again. I will never be fooled again by a politican,’” Damon told the publication. “You know, a one-term president with some balls who actually got stuff done would have been, in the long run of the country, much better.”

Damon continued to reiterate that he feels that Obama’s need for political self-preservation overwhelmed his will to do what’s right for the American people.  He says that Obama’s lack of leadership is what led to the Occupy Wall Street protests.

“If the Democrats think that they didn’t have a mandate — people are literally without any focus or leadership, just wandering out into the streets to yell right now because they’re pissed off,” said Damon. “Just imagine if they had a leader.”

Back in March, Damon also expressed his concerns about President Obama on CNN.  President Obama shot back in a comical way during the Correspondent’s Dinner later in the year.

“I’ve even let down my key core constituency: movie stars,” the President joked. “Just the other day, Matt Damon — I love Matt Damon, love the guy — Matt Damon said he was disappointed in my performance. Well, Matt, I just saw ‘The Adjustment Bureau,’ so — right back atcha, buddy.”

  3. Wouldn’t make sense to make any ballsy moves before the second term.  This is why Obama is president and Damon is not.

  4. Tnicee says:

thats the problem a. He is treating us asa a joke. Good boy Matt

  5. Rozferguson65 says:

I don’t think the President was treating Matt as a joke per se. His “right back atcha buddy,” reply was seriously telling Matt to kiss his ass.

I’m tired of black people looking the other way just because we have a black president. Matt is right! The president does not have any balls. He always roll over for the republicans. So why would I believe that a second term would be any better? I think not! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. By the way, I am black and voted for him the first time. I don’t think I could do it again.

  10. I agree with Matt 100%. President Obama has turned out to be just another politician. He’s only interested to his own political ambitions, he’s not serving the people that voted and campaigned for him. Oprah no longer mentions Mr. Obama. He’s definitely turned his back on black people that so overwhemingly support him; he acts as if they don’t exist. I wish he would just do the right thing, do what he was put in office to do. People are going to say that he was a horrible President no matter what he does, but he’s got that HE was the 1st African American President of the U.S. Make it count Mr. Obama, stop leaning over trying to appease the Republicans. You have people dependent on you!

Why do these Hollywood types think that their political opinions actually mean anything?  Mr. Damon needs to make up his mind, is going to act or work as a  political news commentator? Otherwise, he needs to keep his opinions to himself.

“I agree with Matt 100%. President Obama has turned out to be just another politician.” Cynthia Huffman.

Ms. Cynthia, Mr. Obama is not just another politician – he is the President of The United States of America. Matt Damon on the other hand is just another “actor” who has never been elected by anyone to hold any political office.

And you, Ms. Cynthia are just the kind of voter the TeaPublicans are counting on to help them seize power and turn back the hands of time for non Whites and non super wealthy Whites in America. Inform yourself before you harm yourself.

    Peace.

  14. You are so right I agree with Matt also. Black folks have that he is black like me syndrome. Once you become a public figure you should expect such things. Matt has the right to his opinion just like anyone else including Obama.

  15. Come on people what  President of the United States has not been talked about, joked about, or ridiculed? Get a life! Black people are so damn sensitive over Obama.  If you know your history Hollywood helped him get in office. Money talks love at the end of the day. Matt has dedicated fans which mean they listen when he speaks and will go with the same sentiment. I am just saying he went into the kitchen going into public office he should be able to take the heat. If the talked about Jesus what makes Obama so special?

President Obama is ballzie enough.  Matt Damon needs to focus his rage on that do nothing Congress and the tea bag party.

  17. Rjames9 says:

when you finish making a ass of yourself you will still be just black and never did anything with your life time except talk negative about someone that tried. I wouldn’t have know you were a fool until you opened your mouth. Mr I never done anything with my life. I hope you don’t have children.

  18. Rjames9 says:

Mat is just another thin skin actor and who the hell cares what he says. A kid that made it to hollywood is no comparison to a man that made it to President. Off camera must be a real dimwit. Find a boy to play with because you are probably gay.

  19. Iris Boyd says:

What you are saying are silly.

You haven’t been paying attention to Obama lately, have you?  This guy have been steamrolling over Republicans since the Debt Ceiling “Crisis”.  He’s been getting tougher, barnstorming throughout the country, with a message that Republicans don’t give a shit about the Middle Class and the poor, only for the rich 1%.
Obama has been calling out Republican lawmakers who have been standing in the way of job creation, economic recovery and have told them why… they wanna make Obama a one-term president.  I’m sure that they can depend on you to help them reach their goal.

Do you think that by throwing a tantrum and staying away from the polls is gonna make your life better?  Then keep your vote.

  20. Iris Boyd says:

Matt is full of shit.  Tom Hanks, George Clooney and many other celebrities don’t feel the same way he feels.

He, along with Moore & Maher think they know all about the ins and outs of politics and it’s challenges and that Obama “showing balls” and “acting black” (whatever that supposed to mean) will actually get things done. To me, it’s being disrespectful to the office of the Presidency.

They are being politically naive and they seriously need to take a course in Civics 101.

  21. Dre8791 says:

I wrote that almost a week ago. Why are you on my nuts?

  22. Tom says:

Matt just happens to be right!  Obama has not really fought for his own kind nor demonstrated that he really cares for the disenfranchised unless he gets a photo-op with the media cameras rolling. He is a politician first and foremost & everything else can wait. He’s always had his own agenda.
The latest scuttle-butt is that higher-ups within the U.S. Citzenship &  Immigration Services are pressuring rank & file officers to rubber-stamp immigrant visa applications. The Office of Inspector General issued a report in September that was not released to the public detailing the immense pressure immigration service officers are under to rush vis applications quickly. High-ranking USCIS officials have said the pressure started after “. . .  the Obama administration appointed Alejandro Mayorkas director.”  His mantra is “get to yes”
At least five agency veterans who were thought to be to tough on applicants were either demoted, or given the choice between a demotion or relocation far from their families based on letters of reassignment as provided to news sources.

  23. Tom says:

Seems to me we all have the privilege of being right or wrong & from what I understand Damon was just plain expressing his disappointment & the fact that he is ‘only an actor’ would probably not bother anyone if he continued to agree with Obama or even praise him for his accomplishments or lack thereof.  Obviously other actors like Clooney, etc. seem more acceptable to pro-Obama folk simply because they agree with their view point.  Let’s face it, the world would be a wonderful place if everyone would just agree with me. Look, Damon is only a rich & successful actor with an opinion. I very much doubt that anyone of us are in his income league so what ‘league’ should we use as a criterion? Fame, succes, fortune? I have no idea what his SAT scores were.
I totally admire people that disagree with me & I defend their right to do so. Frankly, I often trust people that sincerely disagree with me.

It’s ignorant asses like you who hurt the chances of any progress being made by the progressives and the liberals.   When you don’t vote it is counted as a vote for the conservative Republicans who will bring this country and any progress to its knees.   But they can’t do it without the help of dump asses like you.
